Additionally, the staff was very helpful and cooperative, providing good service throughout our stay. Another advantage was the clean and tidy rooms, which were well-maintained by the housekeeping staff.

The check-in process was rude, and we were given a small and smelly damp room that had a strong odor of mothballs. The cable TV service was almost useless, and the breakfast included with the room was subpar as we were offered food from a stall and had to eat it standing up in the lobby.

The a la carte breakfast was a big plus.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel that is conveniently located near the airport, making it easy to catch my connecting flights. The hotel is just a stone's throw away from the domestic airport and only 2.5 kilometers from the international airport. This was extremely convenient for me as I had to travel between the two airports. Additionally, the hotel is situated in a prime location with numerous restaurants and ATMs nearby. I also found it very convenient that there were plenty of taxis available for hire right at the hotel's doorstep. Moreover, the hotel offers a free drop-off service to the domestic airport at any time of the day, which was a great added benefit. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and attentive, ensuring that my needs were met throughout my stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was well-maintained, although the interiors and furnishings seemed a bit outdated. However, the beds were spacious and comfortable.

The location is excellent, just 15-20 minutes away from the international airport. It's perfect for adventure travelers looking to explore Mumbai. There are plenty of food joints, street foods, and grocery shops nearby. The nearest train station, Ville Parele, is just a 10-minute walk away. The staff is exceptional, very kind, and friendly. I would highly recommend this place to my friends. The hotel also has a no smoking atmosphere.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, and I felt safe as a solo female traveler. The rooms were clean, had excellent hot water supply, and a peaceful atmosphere. The surrounding residential area offered a variety of shops and eateries, and the hotel provided room service from nearby establishments. it was a comfortable and excellent value experience.
